Puri Temple - Very Well done
by V S Chakravarthy on Jan 02, 2007 11:33 AM

It is indded a good act by the temple sevayats to ask the CM and other Political leaders to join the queue of common public for darshan. Why should these political leaders have a separate queue when they call themselves as the public servants and the masters are the public. The public is made to wait till their srvants have special darshan jumping the queue. Indeed well done at Puri. Please keep it up. It is time the other temples also follow suit, particularly those in South India and particularly Tirumala Tirupati, wherein the public is subjected to harrassment during every visit of political or any other VIP. God is same for all then why special priveleges for a few for his darshan.
