The act does not even qualify for a trial!! I believe such people should not be shown the mercy of a quick killing. They should be subjected to the same torture and pain that their victims wen through. Hanging them would be showing them mercy....I think its time to punish barbaric crimes in the same vein and we set an example for the likes of Mohinder Singh. An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth!
