Already congress is trying to make vote banks by offering religion based reservations etc.. reservations... still it is not gaining required votes. So, Congress may now think expanding vote banks like below:
1)Reservations for terrorists ( also banning all punishments to terrorista) 2)Reaservations for Prisioners (Also releasing the prisioners by giving amnesty) 3)Reservations to criminals (Also praising criminals in public just get some votes of particular community.
If above will not work
Grand sons or grand daughters of sonia may be required to take over the congress party to revive it.
At that time congress will go in to history books.
Go to history books with your vote bank policies dear congress !!! (Once upon a time a national party but now no representation in some states)
