Further it was Mr Rajiv Gandhi, who by amendment in constitution turned over the judgement of Supreme Court in Shah Bano case. It was supposed to be suggested by Mr Arjun Singh, the dangerous communal fellow. When he was Chief Minister of MP, he once provided govt job and laks of rupees to the family of a muslim pickpockeer who drowned in the local lake of Bhopal trying to escape from police. He used to write on files " sare niyamon ko shithil karte huye ...... sweekrat kiya jata hai" ( Slacking every rule, this ..... is hereby sanctioned/granted). Mr Arjun Singh named the Bhopal university as Barkatullah University though Bhopal was already having a sprots complex and a community hall by the name of late Mr Barkatullah. Further, he was the man behind the inclusion of Mr Arif Aqueel in congress. Mr Arif Aqueel is a local politician and was the main brain behind the communal riots in bhopal in Dec 1992, in which about 400 lost their lives, mainly hindu. Congress is seriously concerned about the muslims of Gujrat but congress never cares for those Hindu who are pushed beaten out of Kashmir. Cant we say that congress is Muslim Welfare Party?
