Firstly, in the name of reservations, half of the students with the merit are blocked. Secondly with the reservations in the jobs, talented people are discouraged. With resevations in promotions it is surprising that atleast some peole are joining. And caste based politics in govt organisations have furthur demitivate. these problems and issues are still not there in MNCs and other private setups
