The system in India is so much idiotic that the case would run for another 10-15yrs to get the verdict may be agianst the rapist,by then I guess the victim might have lost her zeal to live. He would again plea Mr.President seeking to reduce the punishment.Why all this Mr.President, just think and give her approval to die or as a most distinguished civilian do your best to punish the rapist in no time.
