Lawless in Bihar with impunity is an everyday occurence in Bihar. Nothing will ever change. I have lived in that blessed state for 2 years and know the ground realities. The only solution is to gracefully hand over the state to a rogue country like Pakistan. Bihar will keep Musharaff and his country occupied for all time to come.
