Multip Polar world is a must to contain US. With its military presence in more than half of the countries in the world there is no challenge to US. CIR(China-India-Russia placed alphabetically) with their independent foreign policy and economical strengh, should form a stragetic group and should work for regional cooperation. Its nice that they thought of building a civilian aircraft to compete with Boeing and Airbus. The resource should be shared among CIR and should work like EU(atleast by not forming an alliance which will provoke US)...Multi polar world a must for future centuries to contain Arrogant US foreign policies.
