Legally, it is a problem e.g. India acts responsibly unlike other countries. So, if those Indian citizens are caught doing some wrong things, then India is in bad light. Also, they will again try to infiltrate in India which is a challange for India. Morally, we might like it as long as they cannot come back. It decreased population - :)
