In most parts of the world, it is mandatory to install fire sensors and alarms in every house which are connected directly to the city emergency management systems. So, after all the development India has been making in technology, what is stopping the Indian Railways to protect the life line of the country by installing fire/emergency alarms that are connected to the engines cabin and a central railway emergency management system. I am sure this kind of system would have saved atleast one more life and for me one life saved is worthy enough for the cost of such installation.
