Second Step:-then One sensor is installed at a safe place and such sensor is connected with any remote control centalised security system being 24 hours observed.If any thing which interred into any rail coach/bus/rail rack/ airport/ aeroplane etc can further classified as risk free and hazardeous.
Thirs Step:- All Hazardeous things can be detected by the sensor and the things can be made 100 % safe.
