We had seen Bombay bomb-blast last year and we are yet to catch the culprits and punish them. the similar thing had happened here too. And this can happen to anywhere anytime.
If govt was not woke up after Bombay bomb-blast, this is real high time to do this. get the review meetings done with the security measures taken up. if administration really wants to involve local NGOs or civilians in helping them most of us are all ready for this.
But later or sooner we have to answer this, are we safe in our own country ?
