Your second point is fabulous as you stated not only Friday afternoon meeting but all the gatherings should be recorded and played these will have two advantages 1. as you said can stop any terrorism acts or know any thing that is discussed against others. 2. Very powerfull: People will atleast then know about ISLAM.
