One need not be a Congress supporter to welcome this Decision. The Caste and Communal Politics that Mulayam indulged in without bothering about law and order was cause enough to give him the Boot. For UP a long stint of Governor's Rule will be preferable to Mulayam. No one will shed a tear except the Communists who revel in political Confusion.
