Presidents rule in UP

Well the character of Mulayam singh was judged when he declared that their won't be any action take against students who are caught cheating in exams.

This gives a clear signal that his fight is only for power and not for development of the country.

And it's a shame for country and for democracy that most of the elected members in his legislature have criminal records.
