RE:THE GLORIOUS GRATE MOGHUL EMPEROR - ARUANGZEB
by CG NAIR on Apr 06, 2007 09:43 PM

Mr. Mike, you have been glorifying Aurangazeb for the past few days thru these postings. However you never replied to my questions. One question is again given below:

Let us consider Aurangazeb as the greatest of all Emperors. Of what use is that to the poor muslims of today? Despite the Moguls/other muslim dynasties ruling for more than 800 years, Indian Muslims are amongst the poorest in the country. That means the Rulers (whether Muslim or any other community) were mainly interested in filling-up their harms with beautiful women, building grand mansions, accumulating wealth for themselves (basically indulging in all sorts of selfish activities). Do you know the value ot Nizam's jewels? They are still lying in the Safe Deposit Valults of HSBC (earlier known as Mertantile Bank) at Mumbai. If you have no clear answer, please stop spamming this Site henceforth.
