Thanks for your response. Just as from the Koran i can learn that Islam is a religion of peace so can i also learn that "lie in wait for kafirs and kill them whereever you find them, always lie in wait for them" etc etc. But clearly we shoud focus on the things that are correct and right.

Like wise i can also learn from the Gita that one should strive to do "Karma" and forget about the result and have no desire of a result which is actually in the hand of the divine. At the same time you might also choose to look at Draupadi and her five husbands, treason and gambling etc, but clearly you have to avoid looking at these just as you avoided looking at the "kafir killing" advices in the Koran.



But i am convinced that you are research oriented and tolerant. May Allah give you the courage to question and reason practices not only in Hinduism but also in Islam and Koran. Because thats the nature of mankind, to question, evolve and change.
