I don't think it was the Muslim rule that had any problem. Some of the Muslim rulers were indeed great administrators. Remember Shersha Suri (sorry if I got the spelling wrong)? And was the English rule heavenly? It was the invasion that was bad. Anyone coming from outside is an invader. And no invader has ever treated the country he invades in any good way. Its applicable for every small kingdom that existed in this great subcontinent.
