Nope...that was my point. We do not have REAL truthfulness, REAL secularism and REAL non-violence. I agree with you. Why 48% reservation for lower castes? MAy be for Ambedkar's recommended time period(10 yrs) it was not bad. But this has become a never ending saga. This has become an excuse to escape from fact that we did not provide them better education etc...
