Romila Thapar, Irfan Habib and all these Left Intellectuals have done just one thing in their entire lifetime. That is 'Whitewashing the excesses of Islamic Rulers, Be it Aurangzeb or Tipu Sulthan".
When I visited Delhi a few years ago, I was stunned by the debris there. The whole place is littered by demolished temples. The Qutub Minar is surrounded by a demolished temple. None of our Text Books mention about the existance of any Temple there.
This country has been the most liberal because of one Mr. M. K. Gandhi and another Mr. J. Nehru. These two along with the Left Historians have successfully buried all the evil done by the Islamic Rulers.
At the same time, none of our Historians fail to tomtom about the cruel and inhuman treatment oppressed on the Lower Caste People by the Upper Caste People.
This is not an attempt to Whitewash Casteism and related ills. But these 'Great Thinkers' like Romila Thapar never bother about truth. Only vocation for them is 'Hate and Degrade Anything that is Hindu'
This is the unfortunate truth. But more unfortunate is the fact that absolutely fraud people like Ms. Thapar are decorated as intellectuals and people who speak the truth about Islamic Bigotry are branded 'Fundamentalist Hindu Extremists'
Just look at the number of people out there to praise 'Parzania' and to admonish Modi and Hindutwa people. And then wait and look for these people to get up and protest when Hindus in any part of this country are harmed.
The silence is deafening. Not once in this country, any Congress or Left Leader or Historian has come out admonishing the Muslims for their excesses.
And anyone protesting is immediatelt branded "Communal Lunatic Fringe'. When will we learn from our History and Historical Blunders?
Well, not as long as the 'Left Liberals' and the 'Congresswaalas' are there. That means "NEVER".
So Mr. Gautier, do what you want to. Hold any number of exibitions. Write any number of articles. Nothing will change. Because, "We are Indians and we are like this only"
