Mr Reddy ,Previously we have case like Dhanunjay,who hails from poor family and whose parents and wife /kids cried not to hang him as they dependent soly on him.
In spite of this he was hanged and entire country shrud their sholders that justice is upheld. Later when Afzal case came up even though his family is enough rich(as per media reports) He was not hanged till now due to communal pressure. Tomorrow Bombay blast verdict comes and if court proclaims capital punishment for some of them , are u sure it will be implemented? Again it might be prolonged by prez, here the issue , is not on the gravity of the crime, only the issue in India is due to pressure from some communal groups some judgements are not getting implemented and some are getting implemented. When u cant hang Afzal where is the right to hang Dhanunjay, or bus burnt ppl , Can u get his life back? Do u have potency to say that it will be implemented or accept that u r an impotent and simply meant not more than commenting senselessly.
India is divided not just by over night,. The separatist feelings are started right much before 1867. At that time the percentage of muslims haaving such feling is not more than 1% . when some muslims opposed Vandemataram , some National leaders then only suggested to curtail those feeling at the initial stage itself. . PPl like u who keep ass in their mouth and talk said no lets see it later as they are very smal l group. by that time it reached 1947 it became almost 90% and INDIA is divided.When such feeling arises Govt/society need to take act firmly saying all are one before nation. Impotents like you who are there at that time simply thought later we see this case and first go for Independence . what happened? Along with Ind. Separatist feelings also grown up and enuchs like you had run away for shelter here and there. Have some potency while talking on somethting else clean ur mouth before talking.
Pakistan didn%u2019t became Islamic overnight , even Jihnna didn%u2019t thought for it. He wanted a state where muslims can pursue good life as he feared of being a large country that muslims might not get proper opportunities.As time started growing islamic feelings started growing, ppl like u thought something happen in future that will change them to secular , finally got killed there or ran away. Thes things wont happen if initial stage itself all are treated alike before Law.
IF u cant for all , say there is no death punishment at all to all or say all will be hanged as per court decision. Thinking that we will take this case later, first lets punish these bus burnt ppl, tell me when can u implement for the parliament attack case. if not are u ready to hang , so that these three could be hanged now.
Already cauvery verdict is not getting implemented due to protests from some ppl. What if some group do demos in tamilnadu , will we able to implemet or say lets postpone it. So every criminal will think easy way to escape.I am not saying for communal saying have unique way and unique law for all. Don%u2019t go for punishing ppl who doent get support from society and punish those who don%u2019t have support means it may lead to more problems later.
