It is a feeling of comfort that the probable serial killer is behind bars but the question is that was there a possibility of catching this guy earlier. No, am not saying that you can solve such things in a day or a week but this urgency of catching the culprit could have been shown slightly earlier. It is always seen that till there is substantial amount of damage done nobody even bothers about such cases. In case of this particular case, media and police got to work only after 5 people killed. I strongly feel that we need some expertise in police department to be able to predict the nature of crime earlier so that needful can be done at a quicker pace. In the age of sensationalism I don't see it happening, am just hoping that some sense will prevail in the top governing officials and some precious lives can be saved in future.
