DO WE NEED FRIENDSHIP WITH CHINESE ???? YES WE NEED....
by dream on Feb 13, 2007 11:22 PM

I just want to share few words about chinese as i am familiar with them because for the last 4 years i am working for chinese companies & have tasted not only their delicious food but also their workholic culture.

YES WE NEED THEIR FRIENDSHIP TO CHANGE OUR ATTITUDES.......

1.PUNCTUALITY: I am not saying all the chinese are punctual but i find most of my chinese collegues are quite punctual compare with indians.

2.HARD WORK: Yes they are really hardworking & if you see in malaysia most of the population malays but their economy is concurred by chinese, same thing comes in indonesia, thailand, Singapore is well known as aggressive chinese business hub.

3.DO GOVT KNOW THIS ? : As much as i know most of the software professionals who are coming from india and working in malaysia, singapore... they all serving chinese companies. Malay companies are racist very hard to get jobs for indians. Only chinese will prefer indians.

4.INFRASTRUCTURE: I find chinese are doing well because they are able to develop good infrastructural facilities. we are backward for it.

5.AGGRESSIVE BUSINESS: Indians before doing they will tell a lot but they dont do.. its true, but if you take chinese they dont tell what there are doing simply they will do & surprise and there is no place for 'no', in their dictionary.

6.PROFIT: They do all business for PROFIT only if they find loss immediately you can see them closing business tere itself. They do funny things like taking clients, officials outside for food & chat & they try to pls to get good attention & rapport to keep moving their business.

7.HOW PLS CHINESE BOSS ?: HONEST & HARDWORK & SINCERITY. Its funny to listen but true... at first when i join in this company i got hell like treatment because i am only the indian there. But i have few situation where i have to prove my honest & sincerity... i did it now my boss gives first preference to me next others...its quite jelous in my company for remaining but its true.
