Someone in the forum suggested (may be jokingly) that Bihar should also be given. Please stop this nosnsense. I am not from Bihar and haven't been there, but it would be shameful and utterly selfish for someone to say such a thing. All parts of country are equal and if some states haven't kept with others it is because we as India haven't done a good job in administration and running of affairs.. that's it. Dont take our troubles to the world, solve it yourself. BTW, last I heard Bihar was driving the development juggernaut too quite well with the new CM.Have pride in your country. Never say one state is worse than other.. its all INDIA and thats what u shuld care
