This is sounding no better than encouraging unlawful activity... If a poor maid is raped by a neighbor, you don't support the culprit by forcing them into marriage and praising him for supporting the poor woman! If people are starting commercial activity in residential premises by bribing the officialdom and political babus then the court is the only source of help for aam admi who has to bear with the probs. This is a rectification in the system but at the same time people should be provided options to resume there business in proper market locations. Do not blame system correction for political failure and system failure. It is the job of every individual to stick to the system else there are mechanisms to rectify the them... dont blame them the mechanisms trying to rectifuy the system else tommorow you nex gen would be living in chaos!
