Its really sad,but thank god no human lifes were lost. Crores of rupees have been spent on the R & D of these machines, i just wonder where all the money is gone. Such sub standered machines are up at display,two accidents in a week cannot be coincidence. Corrupt politicians and breaucrats make a lot of money. If the money they have pocketed, should ahve been spent on the R & D of these machines, then india would have been saved of this worst embarassment.
