These things will happen in India unless government set up a individual body to monitor all the R&D work going on in all the Gov.laboratories. This body should be empowered to give the go ahead to project after rigorously analysing the quality,cost,viability and technology of the product developed. This will improve the efficiency and reduce the overall project time involved. Our motto should be "quality first" in all parameters.
