Water accord will never be reached

Inspite of all the recent hue and cry over the decision of the tribual, the day when water actually gets released will never happen. In a few months, everything will be back to square one , with everyone going about their own work and counter appeals being placed before supreme court. The main ppl affected are as some one pointed out, the farmers and the ppl who have been affected by bandhs in karnataka in the last 3-4 days.
