Dear Brother. Its not the question of where the river is originating and its not a rule that the state where the river originates should have the max share.If that is true maharashtra should have the max share of Godavari as it originates from there. But Karnataka and andhra hold the max share.its the question of sharing and the tribunal has given a fair verdict.Some people blame the Central Govt and i dont know what the Central Govt has to do with this. please be considerate
