that is the mysterious thing which i cannot figure.Karnataka running short of water even with the likes of Major rivers like Godavari, Krishna and Cauvery. TN has only cauvery as the major river (other rivers are just dry beds) for irrigation. Instead, cant your Govt think of linking Godavari/Krishna waters with cauvery?
