What or who stopped Sanjay Dutt from obtaining an arms licence and buy a licenced gun from a gun vendor?
Why did he have to resort to obtain from the underworld dons?
He was not a thumb sucking child when he procured the gun.
It is really surprisinng that he was not convicted under TADA.
He should undergo the required punishment like any other common criminal.
