If it is true, we are heading for another " Bihar " in " Maharashtra ". The Criminals - socially and politically strong. The Police abetting the criminals. The poor man forced to leave things to "fate" or take the law in hands to defend/avenge.The "inactive" SP/DSP/Police Commissioner of Satara must be removed immediately from their posts and some honest and sincere officers appointed to re look into the whole matter.
