would you mind telling that to the kongas? They own 60% of the waters while Ktaka only gets 35%. So let us see them restore balance by giving Ktaka some more water and not acting like it is their sole property.
The whole situation is being painted as if TN is begging Ktaka for water when in reality it is the other way round!!
