This article is misconceived and seems to be motivated. After 16years of research and deliberations by experts , here comes the 'expert'who scoffs at the methodology of award. Why didn't he advise Fali Nariman ? If k'taka feels aggrieved, why are the protestors targeting the tamil poulation there ? They should deal with the award by going in for appeal/review etc (legal means).As it has happened before ,some motivated elements in the state use every opportunity to spew venom on tamils. It would appear that the real issue is not water dispute but it is the malice towards the neighbour.
