Himanshu Thakker\'s article is biased as he fails to point out that Cauvery water is required only for two districts of Karnataka i.e. Mandya & Mysore whereas the Cauvery water is required for all the districts of Tamil Nadu . Whereas Karnataka have other rivers to fall back on, Tamil Nadu have none . I also fail to understand why the Cauvery Tribunal should look into matters of groundwater or efficient matters of utilising the water for which they are not equiped . They were only there to given an award on sharing of the river\'s water\'s .
