Clearly shows how this country, irrespective of the political parties, is being run. We hardly have any tradition and a sense of responsibility. Try to fix the blame on this case and you will find the ball being tossed into every available 'court'. No wonder it exemplifies the saying 'Its a jungle out there' and very fit for the country called -India. You compare any field and you can see jungle raj evident everywhere.
