Kaveri is not just a river.We are very much emotional on this.And in fact Kaveri water reaches about 1.5 crores of people in the total strenght of 6 crores kannadigas.Includeing drinking water for B'lore. How can you say that rest of karanataka is igonerd.When there was problem on water sharing between Maharastara and Karantaka(Allamati dam northern part).there was protest in B'lore too.
