My Dear Patriot, Are you aware that the first dam to be constructed across Cauvery was some 1800 years ago at Kallanai by Karikal Chola employing 20,000 prisoners captured from your Singala. I thing we have to construct more such dams now on same patterns which would be very cost effective.
