These all issues are hopeless, We are fighting for Water? unbeliveable. In India some rivers flow into Pakistan we are ready share water with our rivals whats the problem with Tamils, Being Karnataki i dont think its a big deal for us. Karnatak's people are soft, helpful etc i read in news papers lets proove it, i think its a right time.
