i cant help but laugh at the fact that they delivered this verdict after 17 years .. in 17 years span ,TN and Karnataka could have developed other other sustainable irrigation models for the farming systems in both the states.. we dont care about that ,rather we would react inducing hatred and mutually assuring destruction ..and blatanly bragging about silicon valley in bangalore when 70% of India(?) is under poverty .. F@#@#@ amazing !! I think the concept of india will remain an illusion intil the day we grow some spine and fight for the real issues.. ..going by our history I dont think we will ever do that ..
