Like terrorists we have some black sheeps in the Police and Army too. It is these mindless people who kill people for their own gains. Kashmiri's and others have to understand that it is terrorism that is giving these mindless police personnel a chance and a reason to kill people in fake encounters. It is a simple game. When a terrorist kills a police officer he gets rewarded by his bosses and that too as high the rank as big the award. Same is the case with police and Army, you kill a terrorist, you are rewarded. Why are these awards given. If a pollice person is doing his regular duty, why should he be awarded. Awards should be based on overall performance in the force. These awards lure some coward police officers and personnel and they get into fake encounters. Terrorist organisations have a compulsion to award their commanders for killing Army and Police. But that compulsion should not be there in the forces. There has to be a difference between Human and In-human and also a Police person and a terrorist. It is for people to make a choice. People who are crying for their dear ones on streets of Kashmir today should have courage to cry for innocents and police persons those get killed by terrorists, which unfortunately is not the case. A police person or an army man dies like a dog for them and a terrorist is given a salute and taken on shoulders with slogans of Azadi and Pakistan.
