Is that the reason TN asking for a separate country? TN has water dispute with all the neighboring states. When Karnataka does not get good rainfall from where we give you the water. And most part of Mandya district (Which is has most part on Kaveri belt in Karnataka) does not have water for the 2nd cultivation of the year, you guys asking water for the 3rd cultivation.
