This is just an emotional outburst of words from a fanatic. Just by this decree, IT industries in Karnataka would not suffer. Karnataka has an excellent ground water table as compared to any of the southern states. Even if the entire Cauvery water was distributed to other states, it would still have abundant water. Karnataka's water source include Cauvery, Krishna, Tungabhadra etc.
