Instead of discussing this issue as one state VS another. Focus should be on better use of resource. Entire cauvery water resource should be regulated based on cauvery basin population and its needs. Irrigation lands and industries should limited.
Water conservation, Best Irrigation methods, Suitable crops utilising less waters should be real focus throught the basin.
With clear signs of gloabl warming onset, we should stay united to face the future.
