being in a responsible position the tribunal should have given a detail picture of water sharing based on harvest season and water availablity . how can karnataka afford to give 419tmcft given a draught year and at the same time can Tamilnadu afford to store this amount of water if it happens to be released in a rain floody season. Centre has to get to the bottom of the issue before giving such 'brain drain' decissions. There are and will be many more water rows between the states(soon to start for sure is between Telangana Andhra Godavari,krishna water share when they get seperated!!).
