These things need not be made public at all.The Central Government should be responsible for the water distribution.Water whereever necessary should be provided,whether in Karnataka,Tamilnadu,or any other region of India.Tamilnadus water is Indian water,Karnatakas water is Indian water,then why fight unnecessarily.Both the states should employ scientists to convert sea water into drinking water on an economically viable bases.It would solve not only their problem but even the worlds problem of drinking water.Ask every Scientist to think in the direction in Karanataka and Tamilnadu.I am sure they will come up with several solutions to these problems.Even water for irrigation can be made available from sea water if we find a method for the same.
