Greek is a classical language. German is not. But now german's are smartest in the world. Even english is not classical. They have accepted these facts. This did not hinder their intelectual dominace over other's. So there is no need worry abt it. ur intelectual dominace will be apprieciated irrespective of the orgin and history.
