i do agree that ur tips are correct.however,i believe that the candidate must be educated but he should not get through public exam because then he will definately think that he is too intelligent and must earn money for him.He will no longer be a social worker.There are number of social workers who are educated but don't think at all of taking exam.however if these people are given chance then surely they will do everything in favour of our nation and not their own.
