Tamil Nadu has intelligently used its clout in politics and bureaucracy and has managed this award. There is no scientific logic or reasom in this decision at all. Our good old politicians have only been finding ways to outdo each other in local politics. Arise Kannadigas, you have tolerated enough until now. Let us not accept such step motherly treatment.
