I think we are needlessly spending time and money on trivial matters. The Global warming report tabled recently has predicted substantial increase in rainfall in all states except Tamil Nadu, Rajastan and JK..
So, Karntaka, Kerala and Pndicherry need not worry on water suppy from the heavens.....
